Antares maintains a Compliance Manual/Code of Ethics that outlines the policies and procedures for which Antares employees are accountable. It also includes Antares’ Guiding Principle that, “All employees will act with competence, integrity and in an ethical manner when dealing with the public, prospects, third-party service providers and fellow employees.”
