Doug Cannaliato

Co-Head of Originations

Doug is co-head of Originations for Antares Capital. He leads the company's East Coast sponsor coverage activities and is also responsible for Capital Markets, Portfolio Originations and Marketing & Communications. Doug is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Prior to Antares, Doug was a managing director at GE Capital, where he focused on originating, structuring, executing and monitoring middle market leveraged finance investments. He also completed GE’s Investment Analyst program.

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin and Marshall College.

Benjamin Concessi

MD, Strategy & Corporate Development Leader

Toronto

Ben is managing director, Strategy & Corporate Development for Antares Capital responsible for driving the firm’s growth initiatives. Ben joined Antares Capital in 2022 after more than a decade at McKinsey, where he was a partner and most recently led its North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in Financial Institutions. Ben is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Previously, Ben was at Deloitte where he worked with clients on a range of public accounting issues.

Ben, a CPA, CA, earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Bruce Frank

Chief Legal Officer

Chicago

Bruce is chief legal officer for Antares Capital.

Prior to joining Antares in 2016, Bruce served as managing director, general counsel and corporate secretary of NXT Capital, a position he held since its inception in 2010. Previously, Bruce held roles with GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Capital and Heller Financial. He began his legal career with the law firm of Goldberg, Kohn, Bell, Black, Rosenbloom and Moritz Ltd.

Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a JD degree from the University of Michigan.

Shannon Fritz

Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Chicago

Shannon is a senior managing director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Antares Capital. She is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Shannon serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Shannon joined Antares in 2004. Prior to Antares, Shannon was with the Asset Based Lending Group of Transamerica in audit, portfolio management and underwriting.

Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Eric Goldstein

Chief Risk Officer

New York

Eric serves as Chief Risk Officer for Antares Capital. He joined Antares Capital in April 2017 as Chief Administrative Officer and was appointed to his current role in March 2018, charged with overseeing Enterprise Risk Management. Eric is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Antares Capital, Eric spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Division, responsible for finance and administration functions of the division’s private investment funds. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Eric was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young in both the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance Services Divisions.

Eric serves on the Board of Directors of the Spondylitis Association of America and also is a member of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility’s Advisory Board

Eric graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and earned a MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Mike Hynes

Co-Head of Originations

Mike is co-head of Originations for Antares Capital. He leads the company's Midwest and West Coast sponsor coverage activities. Mike serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Mike joined the original Antares business in 2002 in an underwriting and portfolio management role.

Prior to Antares, Mike worked in the leveraged finance group at LaSalle Bank.

Mike graduated from the University of Notre Dame and earned his JD / MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Monica Kelsey

Chief Financial Officer

Chicago

Monica is chief financial officer of Antares Capital and is a member of the Antares Capital Executive Committee. She is responsible for the Finance, Operations and IT functions.

Prior to joining Antares in 2022, Monica was managing director and chief financial officer at Madison Capital Funding LLC, a position that she held since 2004. Previously, she was executive director, head of Global Finance at UBS Global Asset Management. Monica began her career with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A Certified Public Accountant, Monica earned a BS in Accounting/Computer Information Systems from Murray State University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Tyler Lindblad

Chief Investment Officer

Chicago

Tyler is a senior managing director and Chief Investment Officer for Antares Capital.

Previously, he was senior credit executive – Lending for GE Capital’s commercial lending business in North America with responsibilities that included leading the underwriting, account management, portfolio management and risk management processes. Before assuming this role, he was the Chief Risk Officer of specialized finance that included responsibility for Healthcare Financial Services and Franchised Finance, and Chief Credit Officer of Telecommunications, Media and Technology. Prior to joining GE Capital, he was a director and one of the founders of Antares Capital Corporation. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Heller Financial, Inc.

Tyler graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Timothy Lyne

Chief Executive Officer

Chicago

Tim is Chief Executive Officer of Antares Capital. He is a member of Antares’ Investment Committee as well as Antares’ Board of Directors.

Previously, Tim served as chief operating officer at Antares Capital. He was responsible for leading the company’s sponsor coverage and capital markets activities, operations and technology functions, as well as marketing and enterprise risk.

Tim was head of Asset Management for Antares from August 2015 through April 2018. Previously, he was a senior managing director at GE Antares where he was the commercial leader for two joint ventures including the Senior Secured Loan Program and the Middle Market Growth Program. He also led West Coast sponsor coverage activities for Antares and GE from 1996 through 2011, and was a member of the GE Antares Investment Committee. Tim also worked in GE Capital’s merchant banking group and Heller Financial’s corporate finance group. He is a founding partner of Antares.

Tim graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Executives’ Club of Chicago and on the Dean's Business Council at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Vivek Mathew

President of Antares Capital Advisers

New York

Vivek is president of Antares Capital Advisers. He is also head of Asset Management for Antares Capital.

He joined Antares Capital in 2016. Previously, he was a managing director at J.P. Morgan, where he led the global primary CLO business. Vivek also served as a vice president of structured finance at Deutsche Bank.

Vivek graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

Tracy Raben

Chief Human Resources Officer

Chicago

Tracy is managing director and chief human resources officer for Antares Capital. She serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. In addition to the human resources function, she also is responsible for workplace services, real estate, and facilities.

Tracy joined Antares in 2019 from The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) where she served as CHRO for five years. Prior to OCC, she held senior leadership roles at Prospira Paincare, Inc., RehabCare, a division of Kindred Healthcare and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, a division of Siemens AG.

Tracy received her undergraduate degree in Labor & Employment Relations from Michigan State University and her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
