Parag Bordia

Parag is a member of Antares’ Capital Markets team. He is responsible for structuring and syndicating loans originated by Antares.

Prior to joining GE Antares in 2010, Parag was with GE Equity, GE’s private equity arm focused on underwriting and monitoring direct and LP equity investments.

Parag began his career within GE’s Investment Analyst group after graduating from Michigan State University.

Sheila Brown

Sheila is managing director and head of UK/Europe Investor Coverage within Antares' Asset Management Group. Sheila joined Antares in 2023.

Previously, she served as managing director within the Partner Solutions Group and Chair of the ESG Committee at Hayfin Capital Management. Prior to Hayfin, she held roles in account management at PIMCO Europe and in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Sheila graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a degree in business economics, received an MBA with distinction from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Matt Brozewicz

Chicago

Matt is a vice president with Antares Capital.

He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private-equity sponsored transactions. Prior to joining Antares in 2019, Matt was an analyst in the Restructuring Group at Bank of America.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from West Virginia University.

Max Brustein

Vice President

Chicago

Max is a vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for screening, assessing, and structuring new deal opportunities.

Max joined Antares as a member of the credit team in 2017. Prior to joining Antares, Max worked in corporate development at CDK Global, where he was responsible for identifying and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Max is a graduate from the University of Illinois and earned his master’s in finance from The Ohio State University.

Doug Cannaliato

Co-Head of Originations

New York

Doug is co-head of Originations for Antares Capital. He leads the company's East Coast sponsor coverage activities and is also responsible for Capital Markets, Portfolio Originations and Marketing & Communications. Doug is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Prior to Antares, Doug was a managing director at GE Capital, where he focused on originating, structuring, executing and monitoring middle market leveraged finance investments. He also completed GE’s Investment Analyst program.

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin and Marshall College.

Adam Chalmers

Senior Vice President

Chicago

Adam is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Adam joined GE Antares in 2011 as part of the Senior Secured Loan Program (SSLP) team, structuring and underwriting unitranche financings.

Prior to GE Antares, Adam worked in the capital markets and underwriting groups at Madison Capital Funding. Prior to Madison, Adam worked in the high yield finance group at Banc One Capital Markets. He began his career in the leveraged finance group at Banc of America Securities.

Adam graduated from the University of Illinois and is a CFA charterholder.

Alexander Chan

Alex is a managing director and global head of Product Strategy and Development Specialist, leading the Product Specialist Team. Alex is responsible for engaging and developing prospect and client relationships, product development, and thought leadership for the firm.

Alex joined Antares in 2023. Prior to Antares, Alex was global head of Client Portfolio Management for the Credit Investments Group at Credit Suisse Asset Management. He also held a similar role at Shenkman Capital. Alex started his career in leveraged finance strategy and research at several investment banks including Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Nomura.

Alex graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.

Ben Chapin

Ben is head of Liquidity Solutions with Antares Capital.

He oversees the firm’s liquidity-focused strategies, including credit secondaries. Prior to his current role, Ben served as a senior originator at Antares. He began his career at GE in 2001 as part of GE’s Investment Analyst Program, where he conducted due diligence and performed field exams on current and prospective borrowers. He joined GE in 2006 after working on the GE Sponsor Finance Leverage finance team.

Ben earned a bachelor's degree in finance from John Carroll University.

Ryan Chapman

Ryan is a vice president in the Asset Management group with Antares Capital.

He is responsible for managing various asset management client funds. Prior to joining Antares, Ryan held underwriting and portfolio management roles at Deerpath Capital Management, LP and MB Financial Bank.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and is a CFA.

Dan Cheney

Dan is a vice president with Antares Capital.

He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private equity sponsored transactions. Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2021, Dan was an associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Fifth Third Bank.

Dan graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Benjamin Concessi

MD, Strategy & Corporate Development Leader

Ben is managing director, Strategy & Corporate Development for Antares Capital responsible for driving the firm’s growth initiatives. Ben joined Antares Capital in 2022 after more than a decade at McKinsey, where he was a partner and most recently led its North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in Financial Institutions. Ben is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Previously, Ben was at Deloitte where he worked with clients on a range of public accounting issues.

Ben, a CPA, CA, earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Brendan Condron

Brendan Condron is a vice president at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2014, Brendan held various roles in the commercial banking group at JP Morgan Chase.

Brendan earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
