Brian Daley

Senior Vice President

Brian is a senior vice president and advisor consultant of U.S. Wealth Solutions. Brian joined Antares in 2024.

Previously Brian was a senior vice president at CAIS, where he led coverage and supported alternative investment allocations for registered investment advisors, family offices and trust companies. Prior to CAIS, Brian also held investor coverage roles at BlackRock, BNY Mellon, and Lord Abbett.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Delaware. He is a chartered alternative investment analyst and certified investment management analyst.

Rich Davidson

Managing Director

Chicago

Rich is a managing director of Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions.

Rich joined GE Antares in 2005 after beginning his career with GE Capital. Since 2015, Rich has been focused on leading Antares' underwriting efforts within healthcare.

Rich graduated magna cum laude from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Rich also earned an MBA, with high honors, from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Rob Davis

Managing Director

New York

Rob is a managing director in Antares’ Liquid Credit Group, where he is responsible for the research and analysis of investments in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across the technology, aerospace & defense and chemical sectors.

He joined Antares in 2023 after eleven years with Alcentra, where he was a managing director responsible for investments in the loans and bonds of corporate borrowers across several sectors. Prior to Alcentra, Rob held senior investment roles at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Avenue Capital Group, and Citigroup Asset Management, and previously worked with Bankers Trust in its high-yield finance department.

Rob graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine where he studied computer science, and received an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Rob has over 23 years of investing experience.

Todd Davis

Senior Vice President

New York

Todd is a senior vice president with Antares Capital.  He is responsible for loan syndication, sales, and trading at Antares Capital.

Todd joined Antares in 2016. He previously spent four years at GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services where he was underwriting, structuring, and executing middle market healthcare transactions for both corporates and sponsors. Prior to that, Todd spent two years at J.P. Morgan.

Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamilton College.

Anne Dickinson

Senior Vice President

Chicago

Anne is a senior vice president and portfolio manager within the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital.

Prior to joining the Asset Management group, Anne was a senior vice president on the Capital Markets team where she was responsible for screening, structuring and syndicating loans originated by Antares.

Anne joined GE Antares in 2011. She had previously worked at KPMG, where she was a manager in the Transaction Services Group, overseeing financial buy-side due diligence for private equity clients.

Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in both finance and accounting from Indiana University. Anne is a Certified Public Accountant.

Harry Dittrich

Vice President

New York

Harry is a vice president with Antares Capital.

He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private-equity sponsored transactions.

Harry graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University and with a degree in finance and accounting.

Michael W. Donahoe

Chief Compliance Officer

Chicago

Mike is Chief Compliance Officer for Antares Capital Advisors, LLC.

Prior to joining Antares in 2018, Mike was with PNC Financial Services Group where he was senior vice president and chief compliance officer of PNC’s Registered Investment Advisor Group. In this role, he led the compliance efforts for five registered investment advisers with separately managed accounts, registered funds and private funds covering fixed income, equity, real estate, loans and private equity strategies.

Prior to PNC, Mike was senior vice president with Citi’s Securities and Fund Services. Mike previously has held executive leadership roles in finance and compliance at Shaker Investments, Shiloh Industries, Humility of Mary Healthcare System and Medical Mutual.

Mike graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cedarville University.

Anthony Douvris

Anthony is a vice president with Antares Capital. 
 
He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.
 
Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Stephanie Duloc

Managing Director

Chicago

Ms. Duloc is a managing director and head of Investor Relations with Antares Capital's Asset Management & Funding team.

Prior to joining Antares in 2017, Ms. Duloc worked in investor relations at Citadel LLC. She also served as an associate in the Capital Markets group of GE Capital after completing GE’s Investment Analyst program.

Ms. Duloc earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University.

Anthony Díaz

Anthony is a managing director at Antares Capital, focused on leveraged loan sales and trading for syndicated transactions. Anthony joined Antares as part of the purchase in 2015 of the sponsor finance business of GE Capital.

Prior to joining GE Capital in 2003, Anthony held several controllership positions at Cantor Fitzgerald, Nikko Securities and UBS.

Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University and an MBA in finance from The Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

Matthew Eaves

Managing Director

Los Angeles

Matt is a managing director at Antares Capital. He manages relationships with private equity firms on the West Coast and is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Antares in 2013, Matt worked at Houlihan Lokey.

Matt received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Amy Ecker

New York

Amy is a managing director in Antares’ Liquid Credit Group, where she is responsible for the research and analysis of investments in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across the media, telecom, automotive, industrials, metals & mining and transportation sectors.

Amy joined Antares in 2023 after twelve years with HPS Partners, where she was a managing director responsible for investments in the loans and bonds of corporate borrowers across several sectors. Before her tenure at HPS, Amy held a similar role at Stanfield Capital Partners focusing on investments in various sectors. Prior to Stanfield, Amy was in the High Yield department at JP Morgan.

Amy graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder.
