Eric Eisen

Senior Vice President

Eric is a senior vice president in the Asset Management group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing various co-investment and advised client programs.

Prior to this role, Eric was a team lead responsible for structuring, underwriting, and documenting sponsor-backed private credit transactions. He began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of Deloitte where he earned his CPA license.

Eric has a bachelor’s degree and master’s in accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Michael Elizondo

Michael is a vice president at Antares Capital, where he is responsible for loan syndication, sales, and trading.

Previously, Michael was a member of the Antares portfolio originations team, where he worked to develop private equity client relationships and generate opportunities from the existing portfolio. Prior to joining Antares, Michael began his career at J.P. Morgan.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.S. Finance from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business.

James Esposito

James is a senior vice president on the Structured Products team at Antares Capital.

Prior to joining Antares in 2023, James was a director at Credit Suisse in the Global Credit Products division, holding positions on the Corporate Asset Finance and Credit Strategy teams.

James graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Michael Falcon

Michael Falcon is a senior vice president at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital, Michael completed GE’s Financial Management Program where he held various finance roles across GE Capital.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University and received his MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Kevin Fitzgerald

Kevin is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing relationships with private equity firms in various markets throughout the U.S.  He is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities.

Kevin joined the GE Antares team through the GE acquisition of Merrill Lynch Capital in 2008. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, Kevin worked in a variety of positions at LaSalle Bank.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Matthew Fleming

Managing Director

Los Angeles

Matt is a managing director with Antares Capital. He manages relationships with private equity firms on the West Coast and is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing investment opportunities.

Matt joined GE Capital in 2007, subsequently joining GE Antares in 2010. He brings over 20 years of leveraged finance expertise to Antares Capital and its clients.

Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University. He obtained his MBA with an emphasis in corporate finance and financial analysis from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Shannon Fritz

Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Chicago

Shannon is a senior managing director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Antares Capital. She is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Shannon serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and is a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Shannon joined Antares in 2004. Prior to Antares, Shannon was with the Asset Based Lending Group of Transamerica in audit, portfolio management and underwriting.

Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Joe Ghergurovich

Vice President

New York

Joe is a vice president with Antares’ Liquid Credit Group. He is responsible for the research and analysis of investments in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across the consumer, retail, packaging and energy sectors.

Joe joined Antares in 2024. Prior to Antares, Joe was a credit research analyst at Sixth Street Partners on the performing credit team. He also held similar roles at Assured Investment Management, Pretium Partners and Prudential Global Investment Management. Joe started his career as a sales & trading analyst at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

Joe graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Biochemistry and is a CFA Charterholder.

John Goodwin

Managing Director

Chicago

John is a managing director for Antares Capital. He is responsible for building and managing relationships with private equity firms in Boston and Chicago. John has more than 20 years of transaction experience, sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities.

John previously managed the GE Sponsor Finance west coast underwriting team, and held managerial positions in finance for GE Appliances.  He graduated from both of GE's Experienced Financial Leadership, and Information Technology Leadership programs.

John earned an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, as well as a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Illinois.

Vince Di Grande

Vince is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing relationships with private equity firms in the New York metropolitan area. He is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities.

Vince joined the GE Antares team in 2010. Prior to GE Antares, Vince was a member of GE's Investment Analyst Program.

Vince earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Scott Green

Managing Director

Scott is a managing director at Antares Capital. He works on the originations team covering New York and Boston. He is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities. Previously, Scott was in Antares’ Capital Markets group where he was responsible for structuring and syndicating debt financings for private equity backed companies across a diverse set of industries. Scott joined Antares in 2012.

Prior to joining Antares, Scott was an associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Scott graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Helen Guo

Senior Vice President

New York

Helen is a senior vice president in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital.

Before joining Antares, she managed all facets of the CLO equity investment process at Eagle Point Credit Management LLC. Helen has experience in investing and navigating CLOs, complex structured finance transactions, and credit derivatives. She also served as a junior deal captain with the U.S. CLO structuring team at BNP Paribas CIB.

Helen earned a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University.
