Jonathan Jacobs

Senior Vice President

Jonathan is a senior vice president, Structuring with Antares Capital’s Asset Management team.

Prior to joining Antares, Jonathan was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and responsible for the development, structuring and implementation of alternative investment products and portfolio investment structuring for JPMAM’s global client base.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan and a JD degree from Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Dan Johnson

Vice President

New York

Dan is a vice president of portfolio originations at Antares Capital. He is responsible for developing private equity client relationships and generating volume from the existing portfolio.

Dan originally joined Antares as part of the Investor Relations team covering Strategic Investor Programs in 2016. Previously, Dan had sourcing and origination roles for middle market private equity firms at Milestone Partners and CMF Associates.

Dan graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors of science in business administration.

Ellann Johnson

Managing Director

Chicago

Ellann is a managing director and product specialist within the Asset Management group of Antares Capital.

Prior to her current role, Ellann was a managing director on the Capital Markets team where she was responsible for structuring and syndicating sponsor-backed leverage finance transactions. Ellann joined Antares in 2005 after holding positions in credit and capital markets at Heller Financial and GE Capital.

Ellann graduated with a degree in accounting from Indiana University’s Undergraduate Business Honors Program and earned her MBA in finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Laura Johnson

Vice President

New York

Laura is a vice president of Strategy & Corporate Development with Antares Capital.

She is responsible for driving the firm’s growth and transformational efforts. Prior to joining Antares, Laura spent four years at McKinsey & Company where she focused on the strategic growth of asset managers, banks, and insurers. Prior to McKinsey, Laura was a vice president on Deutsche Bank’s structured products sales team.

Laura holds a master of business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts from Princeton University.

Andrew Jones

Managing Director

New York

Andrew is a managing director at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2013, Andrew completed GE’s Financial Management Program and held underwriting roles in the Bank Loan Group of GE Capital.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northeastern University and an MBA in general management and corporate finance from New York University.

Seth Katzenstein

Head of Liquid Credit

New York

Seth is a managing director and head of Liquid Credit at Antares Capital, where he is responsible for managing Antares' liquid credit effort and is a member of Antares' Liquid Credit Investment Committee. Seth has more than 25 years of experience managing senior secured loan and high yield bond strategies across multiple market cycles.

Seth joined Antares in 2023 after nine years at Intermediate Capital Group, where he was a managing director and head of US Loans & High Yield. Previously, Seth held various portfolio management and credit trading roles at Black Diamond Capital Management and GSC Group. Seth started his career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction.

Joseph Keffer

Managing Director

Chicago

Joe is a managing director of Antares Capital.   He is responsible for managing relationships with private equity firms in various markets throughout the U.S., and handles all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, documenting and managing investment opportunities.

Joe began his career serving in several credit roles within GE Capital before joining the GE Antares team in 2010.

Joe earned an undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin and graduated with honors from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Brad Kimme

Brad is a senior vice president at Antares Capital and is a member of Antares’ Credit Advisory Group.

Brad joined GE Antares in 2008 as part of the Merrill Lynch Capital acquisition where he was in an underwriting and portfolio management role. Brad also held a similar role with JP Morgan Chase prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital.

Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, with an emphasis in accounting, from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Alina Kontisheva

Senior Vice President

Alina is a senior vice president, corporate development, and strategic partnerships at Antares Capital responsible for helping lead the firm’s strategy, inorganic growth and partnership efforts.

Alina joined Antares in January of 2023, previously she was a junior partner at McKinsey & Company serving institutional investors globally on topics of strategy, corporate development and transformational change. She has also worked in the Office of the President of Kenya, helping to stand-up an agricultural transformation.

Alina has a Masters of Public Policy with a focus in Economic Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada.

Olga Kosters

Managing Director

New York

Olga is a managing director of Liquidity Solutions with Antares Capital.

She is responsible for leading the credit secondaries investment strategy. Prior to joining Antares, Olga served as managing director, co-managing credit secondaries at Apollo Global Management, and previously established the Private Debt Secondaries strategy at Tikehau Capital. Earlier in her career, Olga held various investment and advisory positions at StepStone, Zurich Insurance Group, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Olga is a CFA charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Khabarovsk State University of Economics and Law in Russia and an MBA from Hofstra University.

Michele Kovatchis

Senior Managing Director

Chicago

Michele is a senior managing director and head of the Credit Advisory Group for Antares Capital. She manages a team of professionals focused on managing our portfolio of stressed accounts in an effort to minimize losses and non-earnings for the Antares portfolio.

Previously, Michele was with GE Antares, where she was responsible for the workout function for all the North American lending platforms including Sponsor, Franchise Finance, Healthcare, Asset Based and Corporate Finance. Michele previously held positions at Heller Financial and Merrill Lynch Capital.

Michele earned a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and a masters of management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Joey Kramer

Los Angeles

Joey is a vice president of Originations with Antares Capital.

He manages relationships with private equity firms on the West Coast and oversees all aspects of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing investment opportunities. Joey joined Antares after completing the Summer Analyst Program and previously worked in the firm’s direct lending underwriting group.

Joey has a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University.
