Amy Krebs

Managing Director

Amy is managing director and director of strategic operations within Asset Management group at Antares Capital. Prior to joining the asset management team, Amy spent 17 years structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions within the credit organization at Antares Capital. She is a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Antares in 2004, Amy held underwriting roles in the sponsor finance groups of Harris Bank and Bank One.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University.

Michael Kriz

Managing Director

Chicago

Mike is a managing director at Antares Capital and a member of Antares’ Credit Advisory Group.

Prior to Antares, Mike joined GE Capital in 2008 as part of the Merrill Lynch Capital acquisition where he held underwriting, workout and originations roles. He also held similar roles with LaSalle Bank. Mike began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and ABN AMRO North America, Inc.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CPA.

Andrew Lai

New York

Andrew is a managing director and head of consultant relations in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the investment consultants for institutional investors.

Prior to Antares, Andrew was head of consultant relations at Marathon Asset Management and MacKay Shields. He has also held roles at Mezzacappa Management, Ivy Asset Management and The Segal Company.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Daniel Landis

Managing Director

Los Angeles

Dan is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for the structuring, underwriting, legal documentation, closing, and ongoing portfolio management of credit facilities provided to private equity-owned businesses. Dan has held various roles within Antares Capital including underwriting, troubled credit workouts and originating business from the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2005, and subsequently the GE Antares business, Daniel was an assistant vice president in the commercial lending division of LaSalle Bank.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in German from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.

Brian Letizia

Senior Vice President

Chicago

Brian is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing new deal opportunities primarily focusing on the healthcare sector.

Brian joined Antares in March 2016. He previously worked at Capital One Healthcare (f.k.a. GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services) where he was underwriting, documenting and managing healthcare transactions.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois.

Matthew Liepert

Managing Director

Matt is a managing director in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for developing relationships and implementing programs with institutional investors.

Prior to Antares, Matt was a managing director at GE Antares where he focused on structuring and underwriting unitranche financings and co-managing two joint ventures - the Senior Secured Loan Program and the Middle Market Growth Program. Prior to GE Antares, Matt worked in GE Capital’s sponsor finance business primarily in credit roles after starting his career in 1994 as a field examiner for GE Capital’s asset based lending business.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University with specializations in finance and accounting, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Tyler Lindblad

Chief Investment Officer

Chicago

Tyler is a senior managing director and Chief Investment Officer for Antares Capital.

Previously, he was senior credit executive – Lending for GE Capital’s commercial lending business in North America with responsibilities that included leading the underwriting, account management, portfolio management and risk management processes. Before assuming this role, he was the Chief Risk Officer of specialized finance that included responsibility for Healthcare Financial Services and Franchised Finance, and Chief Credit Officer of Telecommunications, Media and Technology. Prior to joining GE Capital, he was a director and one of the founders of Antares Capital Corporation. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Heller Financial, Inc.

Tyler graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jeffrey Lorefice

Senior Vice President

New York

Jeff is a senior vice president at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital, Jeff completed GE’s Financial Management Program and held structuring roles in the Capital Markets Group of GE Capital.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State University.

Patrick Mahal

Vice President

Chicago

Patrick is a vice president of with Antares Capital and a member of the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for structuring and syndicating debt financings for private equity backed companies across a diverse set of industries.

Prior to joining the Capital Markets team in 2017, Patrick was a member of the Antares’ Credit team where he was responsible for underwriting private equity backed debt financings. Patrick began his career with GE's Investment Analyst Program.

Patrick graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance. He also earned his MBA with distinction and a concentration in strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

David Mahon

Senior Managing Director

Chicago

David is a senior managing director and head of Antares Capital’s junior capital program including unitranche investments. David is a member of Antares’ Liquid Credit Investment Committee. Previously, he was responsible for structuring and syndicating Antares transactions as a senior member of the capital markets team.

David is one of the founding partners of Antares Capital and was responsible for capital markets activities and for the purchasing and trading of investments for Antares’ securitized investment funds. Prior to forming Antares Capital, David worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Heller Financial. He also worked for Citicorp’s leveraged capital group. He is a certified public accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen.

David graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College.

Graham Manley

Senior Managing Director

New York

Graham is a senior managing director of Antares Capital. He is responsible for East Coast sponsor coverage activities. Graham is a member of the Antares Operating Committee and Antares Screening Committee.

Prior to Antares, Graham covered private equity firms for GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance division. Previous roles at GE Capital included underwriting and structuring leveraged loans and portfolio management in New York and London.

Graham is a graduate from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Vivek Mathew

President of Antares Capital Advisers

New York

Vivek is president of Antares Capital Advisers. He is also head of Asset Management for Antares Capital.

He joined Antares Capital in 2016. Previously, he was a managing director at J.P. Morgan, where he led the global primary CLO business. Vivek also served as a vice president of structured finance at Deutsche Bank.

Vivek graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
