Matt McLure

Matt is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for underwriting transactions and managing portfolio accounts.

Matt joined GE Antares in 2010 after completing a leadership program at GE Capital. Prior to joining GE, Matt worked in the telecommunications division of Corning, Inc. and spent four years as an officer in the U.S. Army.

Matt graduated from DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and earned an MBA from Chicago Booth with concentrations in analytic finance and accounting.

Ashley Medio

Managing Director

Chicago

Ashley is a managing director and manages the Portfolio & Analytics team at Antares Capital. Prior to this role, she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing sponsor-backed leveraged loans, with a focus on unitranche and healthcare transactions. Ashley is a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

Ashley joined GE Antares in 2008 in connection with the GE Capital acquisition of Merrill Lynch Capital where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting and executing leveraged finance and asset-based transactions. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, she spent three years underwriting subordinated debt and equity investments at Allied Capital and began her career at Heller Financial.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL.

Jase Morris

Senior Vice President

Jase is a senior vice president and a member of Antares' Liquid Credit Group, where he is responsible for research and credit analysis in connection with making investments in senior secured loan, high yield bond, and related credit instruments. He serves as a member of the Antares' Liquid Credit Investment Committee.

Jase joined GE Antares in 2014 after completing a leadership rotational program at GE Capital and has held underwriting and structuring roles on Antares' Credit, Junior Capital, and New Deal assessment teams. He began his career at BB&T, where his responsibilities included originations and credit underwriting.

Jase graduated with distinction from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill, and earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Frank Natta

Senior Vice President

Atlanta

Frank is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He works on the originations team covering Boston and New York. He is responsible for all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing and managing investment opportunities.

Frank joined the GE Antares team in 2014. Prior to GE Antares, Frank was with Ernst & Young where he started his career in 2009.

Frank received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from University of Georgia and is a CFA® charterholder.

Jared Neely

Jared is a vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for underwriting sponsor-backed loan transactions.

Jared joined Antares in 2015. Prior to joining Antares, Jared spent 2 years with GE Capital.

Jared earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina.

Daniel Newsome

Daniel is a vice president in the Portfolio Management team at Antares Capital.

Prior to this role, he held positions in finance and asset management. Daniel joined Antares in 2017, bringing with him over 10 years of experience at GE Capital after beginning his career at Wells Fargo.

Daniel earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New Haven and his MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Alexandra Norton

Alexandra is a vice president with Antares Capital. She is a member of the originations team covering New York and is responsible for sourcing, structuring, documenting and managing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Antares Capital, Alexandra was an analyst on the Acquisition Finance, Execution and Structuring team at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Alexandra earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and classics from Washington and Lee University.

Kevin O'Keefe

Kevin is a vice president of U.S Wealth Solutions.

Prior to joining Antares, he served as an assistant vice president at iCapital, where he consulted with registered investment advisors and independent broker-dealers on alternative investment strategies. Before that, he was an assistant vice president at CION Investments.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rhode Island.

Virginie Ott-Bono

Virginie is a senior vice president with Antares Capital and is a founding member of the Portfolio Management team. Prior to this role, she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions.

Prior to joining GE Antares in 2013, Virginie was a vice president in the European fixed income division of Nomura in London trading leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Prior to this role, Virginie was with BNP Paribas for over 10 years in various markets and roles, including in London, Paris and New York where she started her career structuring US middle market LBO loans.

Virginie earned a Master in Finance (MSG) from the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and received her MBA from the City University of New York Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She is a CFA® charterholder.

Seth Painter

Head of Capital Solutions

Seth is head of Capital Solutions at Antares Capital. Seth is a member of Antares' Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2017, Seth was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, where he worked in the Global Primary CLO Business. Previously, Seth was a vice president at GreensLedge Capital Markets.

Seth received a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from James Madison University.

Mak Pitke

Managing Director

Mak is a managing director in Structured Products at Antares Capital. Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2022, he was a Director and Head of US CLO Structuring at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.

Previously he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mak has a total of 17 years of industry experience.

He has a B.E. in E.E. from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Duke University.
