Andra Portnoy

Andra is a vice president of Investor Relations with Antares Capital’s Asset Management & Funding team.

Prior to joining Antares in 2018, Andra worked in Capital Management at Goldman Sachs.

Andra graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lehigh University and earned an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Marc Rappaport

Senior Vice President

New York

Marc is a senior vice president and advisor consultant of U.S. Wealth Solutions. Marc joined Antares in 2024.

Prior to Antares, Marc served as the Chief Executive Officer of DCM Advisors, where he scaled the business and its services to institutions, RIAs, Family Offices and High-Net-Worth Individuals. Prior to DCM Advisors, Marc led the retail business development effort at Alpine Funds, in addition to holding roles at Pioneer Investments and Prudential Investments.

Marc received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from New York University.

Danny Rappin

Managing Director

Chicago

Danny is a managing director on the Structured Products team at Antares Capital.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2018, Danny was at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, where he worked in the Leveraged Finance business.

Danny received a bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Hector Del Razo

Senior Vice President

New York

Hector is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Hector joined Antares as an analyst in 2013 after completing GE Capital’s Risk Management Program.

Hector graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Bennett Reece

Vice President

Atlanta

Bennett is a vice president of Asset Management at Antares Capital.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2020, Bennett held various roles at Koch Industries across Finance, Treasury, and Information Technology functions.

Bennett received a B.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.

John Rinciari

Senior Vice President

New York

John (“J.T.”) is a senior vice president with Antares Capital.  He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, documenting and managing investment opportunities with private equity firms throughout the U.S.

John joined GE Antares as a credit analyst in 2014 after completing GE Capital’s Risk Management program.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tufts University.

Heidi Rinehart

Managing Director

Chicago

Heidi is a managing director of Antares Capital and is a member of Antares' Credit Advisory Group.

Heidi joined GE Antares in 2008 in connection with the GE Capital acquisition of Merrill Lynch Capital where she was responsible for all facets of the deal process from originations, underwriting and portfolio management.  Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, she spent five years underwriting leveraged finance and asset-based transactions at Bank of America.  Heidi began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.

Heidi is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Josh Rockwell

Senior Vice President

New York

Josh is a senior vice president in the Asset Management group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for developing and ​managing advised client relationships.

Josh joined GE Antares in 2013, where he focused on co-investment programs. He started his career in the GE Financial Management Program.

Josh earned his bachelor’s in finance from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business.

Jonathan Rogers

Senior Vice President

New York

Jonathan is a senior vice president and a member of Antares’ Liquid Credit Group, where he is responsible for research and credit analysis in connection with making investments in senior secured loan, high yield bond, and related credit instruments.

Jonathan joined Antares in 2023 from LoansIntel. Previously, Jonathan held various investing and restructuring roles at Investcorp, Apex Credit Partners, and CIT. Jonathan began his career in investment banking at UBS in 2007.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.

Bhoumik Rokadia

Managing Director

Chicago

Bhoumik is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for leading the co-investor programs.

Prior to leading the co-investor programs Bhoumik was a team lead responsible for structuring, underwriting and documenting sponsor-backed leveraged loan transactions.

Bhoumik began his career at GE Capital in their FMP and Corporate Audit Staff Programs and moved to Credit Underwriting and Portfolio at GE Capital’s Broadly Syndicated Business (Bank Loan Group) and then joined Antares in 2011.

Bhoumik received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Mumbai University, India; and is a Chartered Accountant.

James Rollings

Senior Vice President

Los Angeles

James is a senior vice president at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares in 2019, James worked as a senior credit analyst at Armory Capital, an opportunistic credit fund focused on special situations across the capital structure of middle market companies.

James earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Colgate University.

Mary Gaede Rose

Head of Responsible Investment Strategy

Los Angeles

Mary is a managing director, Head of Responsible Investment Strategy. She is responsible for leading the strategic advancement of Antares’ Responsible Investment approach. Mary is a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

Mary joined the Antares team in 2000 and brings over 25 years of leveraged lending and finance experience to her role. Prior to her current role, Mary was a senior originations professional for the firm, covering West Coast private equity clients from 2008-2022. She was previously an underwriting team leader in the firm’s Chicago office. Mary is based in Los Angeles and leads the Antares LA office.

Mary graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has an MBA with concentrations in finance and management strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
